Wellness Wednesday: Find 7 minutes — you can do it!

Is it possible? Can a less-than-10 minute workout produce results or is it just wishful-thinking?


Turns out that it’s backed by science. And the best part is we can actually find time to do it. I downloaded the app and have been doing it first thing in the morning for about two weeks. I can already see results in my muscles and definitely feel better and have more energy. I sometimes just do it in my pjs or street clothes in the comfort and privacy of my living room. Most days I do two rounds of it, trying to get closer to 20 minutes. But even if I just do one round, I feel better about myself than if I did nothing at all! Try it, you can find 7 minutes.
